The workshop will be conducted as a full-day program, running from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Program Overview

Experiential learning workshop designed and delivered by The Impact Pro (TIP), a UK award-winning professional development firm, and led by Dr. Chirine El Baba (SHRM-Certified HR Professional, CPRW, and International Recruitment Consultant). The program offers Internal Auditing students a unique blend of practical learning, global HR best practices, and AI-integrated tools. Participants gain hands-on experience in personal branding and career marketing, and behavioral interviewing with recruiter-level insights, preparing them for real-world auditing challenges and career opportunities.

Workshop Description:

This full-day workshop blends PARWCC global résumé standards, international career development practices, and recruitment consulting insight to help Internal Auditing students build career marketing tools and personal branding strategies. Practical and AI-integrated, the session uses hands-on exercises and digital tools to guide students in crafting high-impact résumés, LinkedIn profiles, and networking plans aligned with recruiter expectations.

Learning Objectives

1. Learn how to create résumés, LinkedIn profiles, and cover letters optimized for audit roles using CAR/PAR achievement statements.

2. Build a personal brand and online presence that differentiates you in a competitive market.

3. Develop a targeted networking strategy leveraging associations such as IIA and other professional bodies.

4. Apply recruiter-level insights to position yourself competitively for internships and full-time roles.
